Recovery and recycling of PVC-PET-PP-PE waste deriving from industrial waste and post-consumption material

From the recovery of waste plastic materials to their reintegration into the production cycle, from a circular economy perspective. This is the mission of mondosd, a structured and certified reality, which deals with the recovery, collection, grinding, regeneration and recycling of waste plastic materials, deriving from industrial processes, such as extrusion, molding, blowing and thermoforming, and from post-consumption .

The company is specialized in the recovery of PVC plastic material scraps (plasticized and rigid), in the grinding of such scraps and in the sale of PVC (MPS) grinds to the end customer. The types of waste recovered are different: reels, plates and sheets, sprues, trimmings and production scraps, profiles, tubes, mandrels. We also offer the possibility of recovering other types of plastic materials, such as PET, PE, PP, TPU.

Our products

The main activity of the company is to transform PVC waste into ground plastic material, MPS (compliant with UNI 10667), through a volumetric reduction operation. The grinding process of the waste is managed within our 5 functioning plants, with the possibility of varying the grinding volume, producing a size ranging from 4 mm to 14 mm.

Rigid PVC

Then we have the rigid PVC family of MPS. Below you will find our main references.

FLORAL / WHITE RIGID LEAF: this type of light ground, always in the form of a leaf, is made of rigid, non-plasticized PVC. Available in both floral and white.

NEUTRAL RIGID LEAF: always part of the family of light ground products, this type of article is composed of rigid, non-plasticized, neutral / transparent PVC.

HEAVY GROUND TUBES: within the family of heavy ground products we also find a type of rigid, non-plasticized PVC; this ground product derives from the recovery of rigid PVC tubes and mandrels.

Plasticized PVC

In our production we find two categories of MPS. Let’s start with the family of plasticized PVC grinds, among which we distinguish light grinds (e.g. leaf) from heavy grinds (e.g. hollow).

FLORAL SOFT LEAF

From the family of light ground products, this type of product, due to its shape and size, is called a leaf. It is a plasticized PVC, soft and floral, with different types of colors inside. This type of ground product derives from the recovery of plastic material waste from industrial processes, production waste and scraps.

SEMI-RIGID FLORAL / WHITE LEAF

Also from the family of light ground products, this type of ground product falls within the category of plasticized PVC, even if in this case we are talking about semi-rigid (why) This type of ground is available in floral or white colors.

NEUTRAL SEMI-RIGID LEAF

This type of light ground is composed only of transparent / neutral material. It is always plasticized, semi-rigid PVC.

HEAVY GROUND CABLE

This type of heavy ground product derives from the recovery of plasticized, soft PVC cable scraps. Mainly suitable for extrusion processing, it is a mainly floral product.

MATAROZZA HEAVY GROUND

Still in the heavy ground category, this type of product is made up of plasticized, soft PVC waste.

The company was founded in 1949 and is constantly growing, so much so that it has reached its current prominent position on the reference markets with constant updates of products and production processes.

AUTHORIZATIONS

The mondosd company is authorized to collect, store and treat the following non-hazardous waste, CER codes 070213 and CER 120105, cataloged according to the decision of the European Community no. 2000/532 / EC, which became effective on January 1, 2002.

The mondosd company has its own authorized vehicles to transport waste with registration number MI02546.
